The Central Coast is known for temperamental growing conditions that produce a diverse range of wines. The cool, windy terroir of the Central Coast provides slow-growing conditions, so grapes have denser, more intense fruit characteristics. Grapes for Hidden Crush are hand-selected primarily from vineyards in Monterey County, Santa Lucia Highlands, Paso Robles and Santa Barbara. Our winemakers source across the region to take full advantage of the broad variety of flavors, aromas and textures that the many micro-climates offer. This allows us to create the best possible wine from Central Coast-blended varietals.
